Unbundled Services

Some clients cannot afford to pay an attorney for full time representation on a legal matter that has been filed in court or may be filed in court. Unbundled services allow a person to hire a lawyer to assist them in preparing paperwork for the client to represent themselves in court, or to assist the client in preparing materials for attempting to settle with the other party. The attorney does not formally appear on behalf of the client in the court case, but rather works in the background as an advisor for the client who represents themselves. There are limitations on what an attorney may or may not do in these situations, not every client will be able to use this type of service for their case. If you feel this may fit your needs, please consult with Mr. Pratum to see if your situation would be suitable for this type of service. If you are unable to afford services, we will try to refer you to resources for persons who are financially challenged.
